I have had an idea for a startup for a while. I have the concept laid out, but I do not know the techincal aspects of it. I was told by a programmer to try and find a Techincal Co-founder. Which would be a good idea, the only problem is I am not sure where to find one. This is a Vague describption of the idea, because I have everything else on a word document.
